Building on this: for agent systems, the same logic applies. If intent signing (EIP-712) is hardcoded to one scheme, migrating later means breaking every agent in the ecosystem. Agility isn't just about cryptography. It's about keeping the entire agent economy upgradeable.

Agility is the part everyone skips until migration day. If the signature scheme is baked into addresses and contracts, moving to post-quantum later means a fork plus a mass key rotation. Way cheaper to build the swap path now while nobody's panicking.
