What is the mode of spread of TB ?

Endobronchial spread is the correct answer. Absent subpleural nodules will discriminate centrilobular nodules from random nodules. In addition, centrilobular nodules only may have branching appearance (Tree in bud), extensively seen in the case. Refer to multinodular lung posts

spared subpleural area. this must be endobronchial spread.
