I could cycle 50 miles, but I'd pay for it. I do 20 miles a day (approximately), at my pace.... So to double for one day... I'd prob get a migraine and a month maybe, of agony or restriction... (Spinal issues) post op... So. But it keeps me going... I can't run anymore, that's out... So I move on and do what I can... Currently, that's cycling... No idea how fast I am compared to other women...
