Grey’s Anatomy warned us all 😭 Workplace romance = free drama

The drama is really too much

I’m pretty sure that I don’t have the full context but simply judging it from face value Jackson is at the wrong for creating a toxic work environment by badgering April while they’re on duty right in front of their colleagues.

Yes you are right. Your analysis from the face value is perfect. That's the same reason I asked cos most people can't handle emotions. This create a harmful work environment

Forbidden office romance is only cute in movies. In real life it’s just free therapy sessions for the entire team.

Office romance should really be forbidden

@OmoAluko11 Its not advisable for couples to work in same org, they get in eachother’s place

@OmoAluko11 It ruins things really in my own opinion

I think it really depends on the maturity of the people involved tbh Some couples work perfectly together and keep things professional, while others bring personal issues into the workplace and make everything awkward

@UrdadLuvsMe247 If I am heading an organisation, I will sack anyone I see Dating the colleague

Pregnant woman is cruel. She doesn't tell the father, divorces him, and has the gall to be angry that he might want custody? This is because of her lies and manipulation.

It's pure manipulation. She is not nice at all cos she knew she was pregnant prior to the divorce

She completely broke patient confidentiality! April wanted to wait a few weeks to a make sure the pregnancy wasn’t the same as the last one (baby had a condition and died after birth!) and for him to stop being so angry with her. She didn’t need to tell him immediately.

But they were going through divorce. Everything should have been stated out. Assuming they are still married, your submission would have made sense

No, she didn’t want him to know before the divorce because he’d stay married out of obligation which isn’t healthy. He already had a lot of resentment towards her and she doesn’t need that stress.

Oh , I understand this clearly now The way you presented it made much sense

@zara_praise Real talk: It happens a lot (over 50% of people have dated a colleague at some point), and some end up married. But the risks are high – distractions, gossip, favoritism, and messy breakups that affect the whole team. Better to keep work and romance separate if you can.

@zara_praise The risk , the distraction and reduced productivity

Seen too many April & Jackson situations IRL. Fun until it’s not. Date outside the office if you can. HR nightmares aren’t worth it 😂

It's really not worth it

Most likely got an abortion just to get back at the dad welcome to modern feminism

I love the ending of your statement. Morden feminism is really a thing. But I think she got a restraining order, which is still evil in its own.

It can really go both ways some couples handle it professionally and thrive, while for others it gets messy fast when work and emotions mix 😅

Please keep office romance away from my company and focus on productivity

Y’all mad at him but damn near everybody knew about her being pregnant but the mf that got pregnant for 2 months and then tells him he has no rights on the decision of the baby and HE’S the one that’s wrong you mfs are seriously bird nesting

So it’s less about “should or shouldn’t” and more about whether both people can handle it maturely and keep things professional when needed.

In other not to wait to find out if they are mature enough to handle it. I as a head will dismiss them

@OmoAluko11 The biggest issue is conflict of interest and power imbalance. If one person has authority over the other, it can blur consent, create pressure (even if unintentional), and make fairness at work harder to maintain.

@movie_plugs @OmoAluko11 I am more concerned in them dropping what ever romance and family issues at home and focus in work

This is bad for business, it's unhealthy for the establishment

Yes I agree with you

This takes me back to The Office days 😭📺 Jim & Pam made it look like a fairytale, but in real life it’s more Dwight & Angela energy. Also reminds me of Nollywood movies where the boss falls for the secretary and the whole company scatters. We grew up watching workplace romance as peak drama

Dating in the same office can ruin things

Favourite couple on the show

Are you serious? What are your reasons

I'm currently working in the same establishment with my gf I don't see anything bad in that

Is your head of department aware?

Too many distractions in a hospital setting. Their behaviors can cost patients their lives.

Exactly why I am again this. Just a little emotional or psychology disturbance can end a life

They should all be fired. What an unprofessional bunch.

Really unprofessional, they shouldn't be arguing such In work environment.

April wasn’t shit lmfao

😂😂😂😂, you are mean

Lmfaoo I’m sorry this show holds a special place in my heart and character was top 5 the worse in my opinion

It's alright, you already explained and I understand

It can work but it often complicates things if people can keep boundaries and stay professional fine otherwise it gets messy fast

You know how difficult it can be to keep things professional

April and Jackson are way too funny 😂😂

@fy_melon Very funny couples

Workplace romances seem romantic until the breakup hits and you still have to see each other every day in meetings 😂 Grey’s Anatomy nailed the chaos.

Exactly, it reduces productivity

You know when couples work in the same environment, they bring family issues into the work environment and it's not healthy for business

The management. I have seen establishment that wouldn't employ people having same surname

What did she do!?!?!? At the end? Fuuuuuck

This one she did is enough. It was already bad hiding something as big as pregnancy

I hope April gets to keep her baby.

If he told me “don’t you dare walk away from me” with those eyes I’d be double pregnant real quick

😂😂😂, Jesus Christ. Who are you. You love dominant men ?

Woulda told her fuck you and the baby since I have no rights don’t ask me for shit then 🤷🏾♂️

😂😂😂, you will just be over reacting. It's your baby we are talking about

@grok what episode

@grok @grok tell him the episode

**It's Grey's Anatomy Season 12, Episode 15: "I Am Not Waiting Anymore."** That's the one where Arizona tells Jackson that April's pregnant (12 weeks along), and he confronts her right after they signed the divorce papers. Classic hospital drama illustrating the messy side of coworkers dating/exes working together!

I prefer it
