What rule changes would you like to see in the NBA?

Anything that brings flow back to the game, which means less on a prayer 3s by bad shooters. Maybe something weird like allowing 3 in the key.

Three-pointers by a player on consecutive positions should be worth incrementally more. Imagine Steph getting hot and his buckets are worth three, four, five, etc. until he misses.

An advantage rule If you get fouled in transition, and score within 3 seconds, it’s an And1 regardless of continuation Stops open play fouls - and transition scoring is the most exciting part of the game.

Assist are earned if player makes their free throws.

Either 2 shots for a fouled 3 point attempt, or make the 3 attempts 1+1+1

Just enforce the ones like traveling and double dribbling

I don't have a rule to change-but What I wish the NBA would do is enforce the flopping rule they already have in place!
