Hello, I am writing to respectfully request an independent review of my 1-year verbal abuse ban issued on December 20, 2025. FACEIT Nickname: Migabajt Match Room URL: I understand that FACEIT takes toxicity seriously, and I am not trying to avoid responsibility for anything I actually said or did. If I broke the rules, I accept that I should be punished. However, I genuinely believe that the length of this ban and the circumstances surrounding it deserve another look. During the match, several Bosnian players repeatedly told me that they would get me banned. They specifically said that they had connections and that I would receive a ban. Later that same day, I received the one-year ban. What made me even more concerned is that a person who was not even playing in the match left a comment on my Steam profile saying "enjoy the ban." This happened around the same time I received the ban, after those players had already told me in-game that they would make sure I got banned. I still have that Steam comment as evidence and can provide it if needed. Unfortunately, because this happened several months ago, I can no longer download the match demo myself. However, I believe FACEITshould still have access to the match information, chat logs, voice communications (if available), reports, and moderation history. I kindly ask that these be reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision. I am not accusing anyone without proof, and I am not asking you to simply remove my ban because I disagree with it. I am only asking for a fair and impartial review of my case because the events before the ban made me genuinely question whether the decision was completely independent. I have already served a significant portion of this one-year ban since December 20, 2025. If, after an independent review, you still believe the ban is fully justified based solely on my behavior, I will respect that decision. However, if there is any indication that personal relationships, bias, or any other improper influence played a role, I kindly ask that appropriate action be taken and that my punishment be reconsidered.
