Just a reminder to Sunnis who want unity with Iran and the Shia: this is what they portray during Ashura. They blame you for it and call you “Sons of Yazid.” They are still blaming you for the death of Hussein and his infant son over 1,000 years ago. Reminds you of anyone? It is literally a core dogma of the Shia sect to replace Sunnis and view them as enemies until they are no more. This behaviour is nothing new. This is exactly how Iran became Shia, through genocide and forced conversion under Shah Ismail. This is what they tried to do in Syria and what they continue to do in Iraq, with over a million Syrians and Iraqis killed since 2003. This is why they scream “Ya Zaynab!” when they fire artillery on Sunni cities. So, searching for unity with the Shia as a Sunni is like a lamb seeking unity with the butcher.

Jacob Zuma who had arrived late as usual quickly ran off as the MK Party and EFF thugs cause scenes never seen in the KZN Legislature . The government of provincial unity made up of IFP, ANC, DA and NFP will continue rebuilding KZN. Yes they will have differences but will not be have like these thugs. It’s a shame for SA politics, but this is what you get with MK Party and EFF. Someone should show this to PANYAZA LESUFI.

How fast you can/should lose weight when cutting: - If you are > 20% body-fat, you should aim to lose 1-1.25% of your total bodyweight per week (less aggressive is fine too if that’s better for sustainability) - If you are 15-20% body-fat, you should aim to lose .75-1% of your total bodyweight per week (less aggressive is fine too if that’s better for sustainability) - If you are 10-15% body-fat, you should aim to lose .5-.75% of your total bodyweight per week - If you are < 10% body-fat, you should aim to lose .5% or < of your total bodyweight per week Note: These are the ideal theoretical figures but when the rubber actually meets the road…you may not be able to attain a .75, 1%, 1.25% rate of loss (if higher in body-fat) Should that be the case…DON’T freak out!!! If you’re losing .50, .55, .60, .65% of your total bodyweight per week and your approach feels sustainable…pat yourself on the back and KEEP GOING! The point of the ideal rates is to show you what you’ll PROBABLY be able to lose without risking muscle loss depending on where you’re sitting at as far as BF% goes

We discussed the need for a ceasefire, increased pressure on Russia, humanitarian demining, implementation of school meal programs, and shelter arrangements in Ukrainian schools, as well as the involvement of Swiss companies in Ukraine’s reconstruction. I spoke about the negotiations in Istanbul and the importance of unity and coordination among all partners — particularly the United States — to achieve a full and unconditional ceasefire in Ukraine.
