There is no independent time. Real time does not exist. Spacetime is relative to each observer; therefore, individual recordings of the same event will vary in measured elapsed time.

I wish people would use the 24 hour clock: Post Reality 24 hour clock 11:59PM 2359 12:59AM 0059 - 1 min to 0100hrs 12:55PM 1255 - 5 min to 1300hrs 11:55AM 1155 There's no requirement for AM & PM using the 24 hour/Military clock.
