Relaxation is practiced just like tension is the key line. Same between reps anywhere high stakes: games, trades. Stopping dead leaves you at peak sympathetic drive. Movement and a long exhale pull arousal down, bringing the prefrontal cortex back online before the next one.

@hubermanlab It’s funny, I feel like I’ve always subconsciously done this, whether it’s running or lifting weights I always seem to relax better between sets when I’m gently walking around and shaking off
