At that meeting it needs to be made clear..."We are all in this together, or not. I have a vision for the direction and success of this business, but I need to know that you're with me. Do you want this to work? Do you have ideas? Maybe you see something I don't. If you don't want to go a long though, we all need to know....as a team."

First find out if it’s her staff or her with the performance issues and psychological issues. If it’s the staff then they need to be replaced. If the issues is her in terms of psychological, thinking her staff is against her, scared of successful operation, ect. Maybe see a therapist.

@FOXTV Is the business pet food & supplies? What type of pet business? Not enough info,but my focus would be on how to inspire people on the team to work towards something that can make a meaningful difference,depending on what kind of pet business it is.
