Quitely open the tray on the back of the seat... let the hair fall down ... and then close the tray - BACK ON THE HAIR... Disrespect to other passengers cannot be allowed to continue... in this case.. the lady has her hair in back... it's just locked in with the tray... Badda-Bing-Badda-BOOM!...
