Elpidio Reyna, 41 of Compton has pleaded guilty to assault on a Federal Officer and is facing up to 20 years in Federal prison when sentenced on 8/7/26. He may hate federal prison when he gets there but, it's going to love him.

Jump the curb and run them over for sure

Then its play time, FAFO

We got him.

Roof gunner on a Mini-Gun is a magnificent idea for clearing that pesky roadside trash!

since throwing stones at cars can distract the driver and potentially cause life ruining injuries and even death; the guy should be fatally shot and it'd be justifiable

Stop and beat the hell out of the little prick.

Radio back to one of the cars and say we have a pick off here in about 300 feet

Flee the cities. Home school your kids. Buy guns and ammo. Train.

Without hesitation...

After my 180°?

why is that not attempted murder?

Use my vehicle to run him over, since I see him up ahead throwing things at my colleagues.

Stop. Pull out my gun and no more rock throwing.

Lethal force is countered by lethal force. The End.

I was frightened by the loud bang and I jerked the wheel to the right on accident. It was an accident

Why would they bring rocks to a gun fight?

In Florida, our Governor has said to not stop for protesters in the streets. Ron DeSantis has publicly stated that streets are for driving. And if we choose to drive, we are absolutely allowed to do exactly that. It’s why they aren’t protesting in the streets of Florida. We drive on our roads. Period. No roadblocks here .. pretty good advice.

That guy was caught, processed ans sentenced last month to 5 years in prison or more. Enjoy your moments assholes.

Oh , i'm a taxpayer , i'm calling the cop and then i'm going to go sit on him until they get there.

I would stop and beat the crap out of that guy

What is the situation? Context matters.

These are government cars, why do you care?

Personally if I had a horse and a lasso I would wrangle this lil cuss. But this also brings back a memory of a fellow plumber who had his copper stolen out of his truck numerous times. He waited 1 night for the perp to show up. Caught him and held him for the police. My co-worker was arrested for kidnapping when the police arrived. He was later cleared but still.

I would swerve to avoid the squirrel i thought I saw.

Well. Quite simple really. They need to be run the fuck over. Problem solved.

I would drive back around and see if I could find a target of my own.

I'd be so "startled" by the unexpected attack that I'd lose control of my vehicle momentarily, resulting in a tragic (but avoidable) accident.

He is using deadly force, so he should be given deadly force!
