If people don't know what she is signing you can't blame them. People often times bump into each other. As a reaction on the video everyone could say they would have helped. But like one person said in that moment you may be preoccupied and only realize afterwards.

Honestly I’d ignore the hell out of it because I’d assume it’s a TikTok thing. TikTok and staged videos have entirely ruined people being able to actually cry for help without it being suspect.
