Me personally ... oh gosh, Officer, I’m truly sorry, I was so surprised by his actions that my foot slipped off the brake onto the accelerator and when I went to readjust my hand accidentally pulled the wheel to the right ... What’s that you say? Why did I reverse back over him? Well, I was parking the car out of the flow of traffic so that I could get out and render aid. 😏
