Been there before, I had more patience. The car they're waiting on can't get in with your car there anyway.

I'll wait until they see a new parking spot, then I'd park quick, get out the car and run into their new spot, keep doing this until they leave. A lesson needs to be learnt and I'm petty enough to teach it.

I had this happen to me when my son was born I was on the way to hospital to pick up my lady and newborn And this biker guy just walks to the spot I was about to park at After I found another space finally , before I went to the hospital I walked over to the biker and said “somebody is gonna fuck you up doing that” Then he puts his helmet on the ground And I just say “not saying it’s gonna be me , that was just so wierd to do” Then I walked away Felt better then saying nothing

Just pull into the spot....and snap some photos of them and the license plate of the car they came it (assuming its somewhere nearby) for when they scratch your car.

I’d drive off. I have no desire to be confrontational or possibly be shot or attacked by some crazy person

The instinct is to edge her out by backing in slowly, but if she is that crazy to stand off, I (the driver) would never relax worrying that she damaged my vehicle somehow. In cases like this, let the Chaos Universe reward the piggy. She'll get hers eventually.

According to the law she is literally placing herself in the egress of a vehicle. That's and infraction enforceable by a fine of $120 where I am. If she refuses to get out of the egress, that is disobeying the lawful order of an officer and she would be subject to arrest.
