You have been slammed with negativity almost your whole life and now you have embraced it. Pull the nose ring out and start applying for jobs in a National Park, hopefully with no cell service. Work all of 2026 and take a winter job if they offer it. Spend the time reflecting on your self and learning about your self. COVID screwed up your generation. Go do some volunteer work at a homeless shelter, give back..it feeds your soul.
