Rep. Morelle on Oil Prices: Who listens to this guy? People with serious economic interests think that the price of oil is going down because Trump tweets out that he’s near a framework of a deal, and then two hours later he’s backtracking? This is what he does all the time. Even when he was in the private sector, in the business world, and people thought he was such a genius, the guy went bankrupt multiple times because he has no real interest in meeting his obligations. He doesn’t pay workers and never follows through on his commitments.

i know a lot people have a lot of thoughts on martins “fanservice” but i actually think he’s a great conversationalist 😭 he’s so good at keeping the conversation going between fans and it doesn’t feel unnatural or awkward at all- he just exudes a kind, polite aura like here he was talking to op and instead of the conversation ending, he kept it going by asking to see her nails at the end and so on, it’s like he was born to do this

“The idea was, when he (Vincent D'Onofrio) decides to reveal himself they did a special version of his makeup that was very stretchable. What he does is he grabs the back of his head and he just starts tugging on it. The idea was he would pull it as far as he could, and then we would take over stretching the image, making it appear to be distorting in a way that it physically couldn’t. Then basically when I shot Vince I just kept urging him to pull harder, and harder, and harder until finally the final take he just pulled it until the makeup just ripped. We said, ‘Okay, we got it.’ That’s what’s in the show because it’s really tugging on his face the maximum it could be done, and then we just extended that. Helped by a little bit of editing we were able to put a ridiculously large CG creature inside of a human sized body, and we’re not seeing it all at one time, you kind of get away with the fact that, well maybe he was in there he was just hunched up.” – Eric Brevig, Men In Black visual effects supervisor.
