The two countries that seem to be stronger and more determined in this multiple equation are Turkey and France. The problem between them is: France's excessive arrogance and Turkey's lack of trust in France. The apparent picture: The EU's inability to organize diplomatically against the US and Russia under the leadership of arrogant France. Germany has not yet fully entered the game.
