Yes! I think these are piezogenic papules which develop when high compressive stress causes herniation of subcutaneous fat into the dermis. These are common in adults with an occupation that involves standing and in athletes such as marathon runners or weightlifters, so could go hand in hand with plantar fasciitis. Reports suggest an association of piezogenic papules and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) in which impaired collagen synthesis predisposes to various other kinds of herniation. If seen in children, these could be a sign of a connective tissue disorder such as EDS. Pictured below are piezogenic papules in a 41M with EDS and his 2 year old daughter.

That hurts just looking at a it. I had gout once. Medication caused it. It was like walking on hot coals. IDK how anyone does that. One time and I permanently altered my diet and lost 50 pounds. I can’t even eat bad food anymore. It makes me physically sick to eat unhealthy. IDK how you get there because once was all it took for me.
