that makes no sense how tf does it absorb a hair let alone multiple ones? the hairs grow in the cyst, not fall into it

This is so gross!! I had no idea this is how it happened, I thought these hair grew from the inside and didnt make it out somehow. The big question is why does the skin absorb the hair to begin with or why does the hair try to enter into the skin?

This is such a lie. Science knows that a pilonidal cyst is something a person is born with and often contains hair, which is often a different color than what's on the head, and even teeth. It's something that gets goofed up when the person is formed in the womb.
