Took me 30 years to quit nicotine. Started dipping in high school, then smoking when I drank which was often (and still dipping), gave up dipping and smoking for vaping, the final boss was Nicorette gum. That lasted 4 years. This year I said enough is enough. Just over 4 mouths clean. Its great walking around not worrying if I'll have enough dip, or gum, or vape juice to get through the day.
