@JimSkeaIPCC @Oliver_Geden I’ve watched this several times trying to escape my initial view that, in isolation, this is a dangerous clip to distribute. It is reminiscent of a Hollywood trailer for a dystopian movie where the little people are assured by the elites they have everything under control.

@Oliver_Geden Trees remove 2bn tonnes per year. Technologies 200 million. Last year we emitted 36 billion. The total is 1600 billion. Natural carbon sinks are shrinking. Technologies - with FFs to build maybe get to 1 billion. Maybe. Can someone buy the IPCC a calculator?

@Oliver_Geden Sorry but your supposidly scientists no mention of hemp, bamboo to closed loop manufacturing which makes ccs obsolete, steel, cement should be moving to polymer based to metals all from non liner extraction, where's the talk for these scenarios, u all just to appease the corps
