The line is regulation and a tax cut. OnlyFans is legal because it is filmed, incorporated, and the platform takes a 20% cut before the IRS takes theirs. The same act off camera gets you a sting. Jed York runs an $8.5 billion franchise and got booked over a $140 solicitation charge in Ohio. Police burned an operation on that while actual trafficking cases sit understaffed.

This is completely inaccurate and shows how ignorant Harvey Levin is about the reality of prostitution. This is sexual violence against women. Research shows the majority of people on the sex trade want out and have no viable alternatives. They often were trafficked as a child or are actively being trafficked and the men paying to sexually exploit them may or may not be aware of it. Sex buyers create the demand that incentivizes traffickers.
