Looks like the print orientation is the problem. The load was working against the layers. If you print those again, I’d recommend turning them on their side, so that the layer lines run parallel to the shelf, not parallel to the wall.

Use more perimeters instead of denser infill

You don't have a printing problem. You have a design problem. Make the brackets like hooks, like TV wall mount brackets.

Longevity is always hard to test in these sorts of scenarios. But you have an answer to the question now!
