I lived in an apartment across the street at the time. Best part is the bomb said thought it was wise to lock down the apartment building and lock us within the blast radius. Pure genius

On one hand, should the guy have done all of that when there could've been a legitimate bomb in the bag? No, but tackling him like that is just as unnecessary. Without any context at all, you'd believe he planted a bomb in there.
