I would ask everyone that sees this to cancel services provided by Spectrum(Charter Communications) I'm paying almost 260.00 a month for TV and internet. This is absolutely ridiculous. They must be wanting to run everyone off and if that's the goal they'll succeed

Reliable? Outages abound bc @GetSpectrum can't be bothered to have generators in case of power outages, and still have aerial cabling instead of buried wiring. How is it lil one county ISPs in WI have better service than this large corporation?

Is anything possible? Idk like @GetSpectrum providing updates as to when service will be restored in an area that wasn’t affected by flooding. Maybe it is too much to ask too soon? I mean it’s only been 4 days without internet and without any kind of update from your company.

I hate when spectrum goes out. 🙄 Internet goes down at 6pm. Spectrum says 11pm..now it's 1am. Soooo glad my bill is 95.00/m 🙄🙄
