Can you imagine being so bold and unhinged that you walk straight up to a family’s house in broad daylight, ring the doorbell, and when nobody answers… you look right into the camera and announce “This is the police”… Then she turns around to walk away and tells the weird guy hiding behind the corner of the house, “I’m gonna slash that truck’s tires.” He replies, “Let’s come back tonight.” She asks, “Is someone looking out the window?”… before casually walking over to the truck parked in the driveway and slashing the tire right in front of the doorbell cam. 🆑 That day we were at the airport eating noodles. There was this place selling beef noodles. I said, “You’re seriously only giving me one piece of beef?” So she went, “You want beef?”, then immediately grabbed the biggest chunk and stuffed it into her own mouth. Then she started aggressively chewing. After chewing, she told me it got stuck in her teeth. I said, “How big could something stuck in your teeth even be?” Turns out it was stuck in some unreachable corner, couldn’t get it out at all. She tried using floss, still couldn’t get it out. On the plane she kept picking at that beef for hours, just picking and picking, couldn’t get it out. Asked Cheryl Reeve what it means to her to see the outpouring of support on pride nights in the WNBA (quoted it al because it’s an incredibly powerful quote) Thank you Rob from Chester, Pa for posting the video 🤝🙏 “It makes me reflect on… back when we weren’t really embracing things like our gay population at the games, it was considered a knock on the product. Once we really started leaning into it and embracing it and saying “this is a big part of the reason the WNBA was finding success”. No question about it it’s a welcoming place, for everyone… LGBTQ plus has been such a big part of the growth of the W, they were there from day one, and I’m happy we lean into it now…. The WNBA, why I love it so much, I knew my first year in 2001 when I was coaching, I came out of college coaching where you had to be closeted, at that time in the 90s. Because it was used against you in recruiting, and you would have code words or maybe not, maybe more direct “do you want that lesbian coaching your daughter?” Or maybe men were perceived not to be gay so it was considered a more family atmosphere. There was so many things that were happening to us and didn’t get jobs if maybe you had that label. In the WNBA I felt so able to be myself and it was so incredibly liberating. And not a day in the WNBA, I have not walked and felt comfortable in my own skin. Every single day. There was another great April fools prank, even though I’m a day late and a dollar short 🤣 Y’all, this April Fools prank is too good! Granny calls her daughter sounding all serious and worried. She starts going on about how her granddaughter Brandy has been sneaking into her closet and cupboards, taking stuff and loading it straight into her car, then walking back inside like nothing happened. Granny’s whispering that she’s scared to even watch too close in case Brandy catches her! She even mentioned putting up cameras because she didn’t know what to do. The daughter is over there starting to freak out a little, thinking “What in the world is going on?!” Then Granny hangs up real quick when she hears Brandy coming… only to call back saying Brandy just grabbed the family cat Poppy, put him in the car, and took off! The daughter’s arguing back like “Brandy would NEVER do that, and Poppy couldn’t just go with her!” while Granny’s insisting she did because “Poppy’s so special and she likes him so much.” She was half-believing it for a second… until Granny finally yells “April Fools!” and they both burst out laughing. #RHOSLC reunion sneak peek! Meredith to Whitney: “You were fall down drunk and your husband carried you upstairs.” Andy asks Meredith what her goal is coming into the reunion. Meredith says that before addressing anything else, there is one question she needs to ask that will change the trajectory of the day for her. She then turns to Whitney and says that at BravoCon, Whitney told her there were things she wanted to clear up, so Meredith wanted to give her the floor. "A state is an agent for the federal government in elections." An agent works under someone else's authority. It does not get to write its own rules and ignore the standard. If the agent fails, the principal steps back in. That is exactly the argument Trump is making right now, and it is not some radical new theory. It is the actual structure the founders built. He named names too. Detroit. Philadelphia. Atlanta. Cities with a long, ugly track record of election chaos that somehow never seems to improve no matter how many complaints pile up. He also brought 2020 back into focus, saying the facts still surfacing point to rigged and crooked conduct in these same places. States administer elections. Fine. But administering is not the same as owning. When administration turns into repeated failure and corruption, the federal government stepping in is not an overreach. Baby hedgehogs have a few pretty acurate milestones, such as learning to curl at 11 days old, and their eyes and ears opening at 14 days. And it's about 19 days when they first pop their head out of the nest for the first time, to explore their immediate surroundings - usually under mum's watchful care. (Sadly it's at this age that most hoglets are 'found' and brought into care). So since day 19 I've been making up slop every night (soaked and strained Royal Canin Mother and Babycat) and leaving 2 dishes in Leah's pen, ready for the exploring babies to have their first taste of 'solid' food. And every morning I've been throwing it out, untouched. Leah isn't in the least bit interested in it. But last night, day 24, they finally appeared! I was so relieved, as these 3 poor little babies are the only survivors of a litter of 7 (the others died as Leah was so starved she couldn't produce enough milk) and were in an extremely poor state when found, so their development had been arrested. Watch what clever mum Leah does. See how she leads them to the slop? And eats some herself, to show them how? Then she turns and lets them taste the food from her mouth. Each time the babies try to feed from her, she leads then back to the slop again, and shows them how it's done. (The third baby did eventually wake up and come out, also).🥰 While Leah is introducing her babies to food, next door you can see how much Gracie, Ben and little Hobo have grown.

In the last three weeks, another title has joined my world. In addition to being the wife of a hostage and a mother to two little girls, Roni and Alma, whose father was kidnapped before their eyes, I am now one of the Phase B people. Phase B people. We are the ones who had to be officially notified that our loved one is not on the first list. We are the ones waiting list, and there will be no surprise for us. We are the ones walking between the raindrops to continue the struggle but not to destroy anything. We are the ones who are wholeheartedly happy for our friends, the people who have become closest to us, looking at their pictures reuniting, and our tears are tears of joy and immense pain. We are the ones who feel guilty that maybe we haven’t done enough because ours has not yet returned. We are the ones who ask for forgiveness every day in our hearts from our loved ones because we have not succeeded. We are the ones who fear becoming invisible. We are the ones afraid that our day will not come. We are the ones who tell them it is getting closer, but we have no deadline. We are the ones afraid of being left behind. We are the ones whose journey will not end soon, and now we need to rise when we have no strength left. I also wanted to apologize for those whose cries have been heard for much longer, like the Goldin family. Their nightmare is over 20 years old. Another Saturday has passed, a new week begins. Keith, Ofer, and Yarden are already here. I only saw the pictures after the girls went to bed for their nap. I thought to myself today how lucky it is that it’s on Saturdays, when I’m busy and can’t sink into it. I need to be with Roni and Alma every Saturday, Roni and Alma who don’t know what’s happening beyond the bubble Ive created for them. All they know is that Daddy Omri has returned. The question of when already came up three times today. And the answer is the same answer for 484 days. I don’t know, but I will continue to ask for help for Daddy Omri to come back. On our bike ride, Roni told me today that Daddy Omri will be really happy when he comes back because she already knows how to ride by herself. And I thought to myself that we need to buy him a new bike with a new seat for Alma so he can ride with both of them. The 16th of the month is approaching. That day when they promised to start managing the negotiations for Phase B. As it does, hope and fear rise and strengthen. As it gets closer, voices of undermining and obstruction begin to be heard. I need you with me. My daughters need you with us. All the Phase B people need you. To continue reading and demanding the return of everyone. Life in life for rehabilitation, and the deceased and murdered for proper burial. We will not let this stop, we will not let this agreement fall. Ok, I've had it with Thom Tillis... You deserve to know the truth. During the aftermath of Helene, Thom Tillis’s staffers emailed me "Hurricane Helene victims" to see if we could help them while FEMA was kicking people out of hotels during the Biden administration. 2 of the 6 people he sent me were completely unvetted frauds trying to take advantage of the FEMA hotel program. I sent the fraudulent people back his office and said they were frauds. Never heard back. I begged him for ACTUAL HELP from, you know... Biden's FEMA doing their jobs...instead of pushing random people on ME to help. Also never heard back. If anyone should be ashamed of their actions during Hurricane Helene… it should be Thom Tillis. He also BARELY visited us during the aftermath of Helene and was essentially dragged back to us by JD Vance, who was awesome and did help us, personally. ...but you want to know who DID earn my trust? President Donald Trump. He showed up here. He let Hurricane Helene victims tell their stories... for the first time on a national stage. He gave them HIS microphone and let them speak and truly truly cared about us in a way I've never seen any other politician do in my life. I cried my eyes out that day. He didn't just show up... he literally pulled in a FORMER NAVY SEAL to run FEMA who called me on DAY ONE, asking me what was needed. Cameron Hamilton, who ran FEMA at the time, got on a phone call with 5 families who had bad experiences with Biden's FEMA... I know, I was there. He listened to them for over an hour and a half, and apologized for what Biden's FEMA had done to them. He said these words, and I'll never forget them... I’m recording this about 17 minutes before I hop on a zoom call so what’s your watching here? It’s a lot of what you’re watching. I think most importantly what you’re seeing is me having a good time and enjoying myself I’ve been really paying attention to that you know I can be so formulated formulaic strategic just because of you know the muscle memory of being an artist and a professional that sometimes I forget to you know, laughing and have a good time so the top of the year has been very consistent. You know we talked about the optimism you have come January 1 here we are in March. I’m not sure the date but we’re in March now almost in the first quarter and I’ve been working every single day. I’ve been living every single day but two weeks ago I got sick and I don’t know if it was allergies or whatever or something that was just going around because a few of my collaborators also was out and are still out to this to this day but everyone’s good everyone’s getting rest but that break really jolted me and scared me just how when I take the weekends off to go and live I always have this thought of when I go back on Monday do I still have it? Am I still in that mode that I’ve been feeling? the answer to that question is yes and I say that to say there’s this Producer, who I found on TikTok just because I love keeping my ear to the streets. It’s not good on the back and you shouldn’t keep your ear to the street for too long because it’ll make your back hurt, but it’s worth the pain. I promise you, but I found this Producer and the captain was. I’m making a beat every day and if I miss a day I quit and I sell all of my equipment. I’ve been in the search of just new production. I’m looking for a new bounces of drums and I feel like the youth is where it’s always gonna be at. I take pride in pointing at people who may not have the experience or anything yet but that doesn’t mean that you you don’t have what it takes to change the world or the Sonic’s so I reached out to trippy and I told him yo I’ve been looking for help on drums and swings I’m gonna nerd out for you but like I’m kind of getting tired of hearing the snare on the two and four or a repetitive high hat patterns and what I seen when I seen trvpyyy post well what I heard rather with someone who was taking liberties and swings and bounces, so I shot my shot in DM them got his number and we hopped on a FaceTime call and he told me his name was trippy and immediately I started smiling from the inside and out because I have a friend by the name of trippy who very early on took the chance to say yo I like what you doing I want you to get a front seat of what it’s like to be a superstar and also what it’s like to show love and be a friend and pour into someone so recording this now healthy me and Jason are back in the gym. We had a very strong week I had a very exciting week of being outside and just being with friends and loved ones Lotta late nights but we make sure we still get up in the morning and hit our 3 mile run or our leg days, upper body or full body . The weekends are usually my time to rest and live, but I’m recording live now from the studio excited and ready to play and Jam just because I genuinely love what I do there’s a lot That’s about to happen in a great way actually coming up this week and I’m excited for that but I’m even more excited to have a great time and just have a blast I’m so thankful I’m so present. I’m so appreciative of the life that I lived. I love that I get to speak these things and it gets transcribed in a text but I mean every single word.
