So I borrowed the coronary #CTO #PCI technique, engaged the cap with the Select catheter. Some contrast to stain, then "wired" the branch with the catheter over which I used the Penumbra Vascular catheter to clean the branch! A high percentage of patients are unable to undergo a valve-in-valve TAVI procedure due to the high associated risks of sinus sequestration, coronary occlusion, or prevention of future coronary reaccess. The Splitter device, currently under testing, performs leaflet modification by creating an intentional U-shaped excision of the valve’s cusp tissue by a steerable catheter with an electrocutting wire loop running inside a cutting head that mimics alligator jaws.

Loved the new CPS Locator 3D catheter from Abbott Cardiovascular . Great experience implanting a 2088TC lead in the left bundle area. Loved the Helix Locking Tool aswell. Its awesome to be able to pace while turning the lead. Lots of pointers when to stop turning . #EPeeps Abbott Cardiovascular St. Bernards Healthcare
