I wish NBA players would realize coming off the bench isn’t bad. Just think of running the 2nd unit, being a threat off the bench when starters are subbed out on the opposing side, and potentially a longer career in a different role.

In other words, according to Dana, that particular line wasn’t something they had extensively rehearsed. It came from Chevy in the moment, and that was the take that made it into the movie.

It’s like why not put that info out?” For all those saying, a 30-06 would’ve blasted through Charlie’s neck and into whatever was behind him, it sounds like it tore him up pretty good and blasted through multiple vertebrae. Is this really wholly inconceivable that that’s the turn it could’ve taken as opposed to blasting through him and out the other side? I disagreed with him about certain things and have questions of him, but he’s also not quite as black and white as folks on the internet are portraying him.
