@stevedavies64 Here’s a thing, me on the right and David Duckhams son on the left. We were neighbours in Twickenham in 1969/70. Both lived on Whitton Rd right next to the ground. My Dad worked at the ground and oddly so did his. #davidduckham #ripdavidduckham @EnglandRugby @Twickenhamstad

What a joy he was to watch as a young rugby kid, the speed the sidestep and swerve he just glided over the ground with such grace and fluidity, one of England’s greats may he RIP

Sad news about David Duckham, my favourite player growing up, what a swerve and sidestep. Played brilliantly in this famous game!! RIP

One of my favourite international rugby players , David duckham along with Mike Gibson. Duckham was a class player , side step at pace was unreal. RIP David.

What a player, wished he was Welsh! Lovely to see Dai's run from the greatest match of all time. Whatever clip you watch of that game, the noise of the crowd always gets me, in raptures for the full 80 minutes...oh, & Cliff's majestic yet frantic commentary...wonderful memories
