The situation with the Kennedy Center has gone off the rails. It has officially reached levels of pettiness I didn’t think were possible, but Trump is once again defying the odds. A court ordered his name removed from the building. He lost, fair and square. So, what does he do? He throws a tarp over the sign that says “The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts” and just leaves it there. Not for a day, not for a week, but for WEEKS. A federal judge is demanding answers, because apparently we live in a country where a sitting president has to be hauled into court to explain why he’s hiding a building from the American public. A president with a real legacy doesn’t need to paste his name onto someone else’s. And he definitely doesn’t need to hide a sign because a court told him no. A weak man with a bruised ego would. And that’s exactly what’s happening here. It’s petty, it’s absurd, and frankly, it’s embarrassing.

20 miles every day next week 🫡 Last July I completed running 15 miles every day for a week. One of the toughest week but now with a few more months training and a full week off I will attempt to run 20 miles every day for a week. Over 140 miles of pure tarmac. Not raising money, nor doing it for views or clicks but to show myself I can do this and to raise awareness for mental health. Every run will be logged on my Strava page (Marcus Skeet) to prove I am doing it as well as daily updates. It’s going to be cold, it’s gonna be tough and dark but it’s going to be possible. Well at least grandmother thinks so

Don’t be scammed.!!!! What the ndc has passed today is not the LGBT Bill that was before the house. The bill as passed in 2024 and as relaid before the house, has now been mutilated by the ndc. About 31 of the old clauses have been deleted today. What has been passed now is an empty piece of legislation under the old name. It is not the same bill. Yet they are going around telling people it’s the same old bill that they promised to sign. Such a lie!!!!! When we say this ndc govt is a scam it is a matter of fact.

Nowlan park on what could only be described are a dire day for a hurling match. Cork has not won here in nine years. That was then and this is now though. Very impressive team performance. Nine changes to the starting line up! It’s early doors but this Cork team look more determined than ever. There is a real edge to them. They are playing like it’s for their lives. Each and every player knows training is the hardest game they face each week and no one is guaranteed his starting spot. I actually mean that. Ben is not afraid. He just wants to win. 🇵🇸 Pro-Palestine protesters block Toronto’s Gardiner Expressway waving Palestinian flags. They held a sign which read: “Sorry to disturb, we will be done in 4 minutes” Such a Canadian thing to say: Protesting, and apologizing for it. On a serious note though, this seems like a smarter way to protest, rather than gluing yourself on the street. It’s a balance between bringing attention to a cause, creating content that can go viral, and not harming others who are trying to go about their day. Thoughts?

I never trained my abs directly for years…big mistake. I used to thing squats/deadlifts were enough. (This might be the case for some people but not everyone) Every time I used to diet down my abs never used to “pop” so to speak. Over the last few years I’ve trained abs directly 2x week. Kneeling cable crunches and ab crunch machine being my go to at the start of every leg day. Also helps lubricate the spine going through spinal flexion/extension before any axial loaded work. Surprise surprise my abs look better when I’m leaner these days. Something as simple 2-3 sets 2x a week with a big focus on getting stronger is better than nothing. Wish I’d started it sooner.
