This shows your beautiful heart is full of grace when you apologize to strangers for "traumatizing" them. This horrible disease can't touch your heart or spirit. People need to see what this disease does & I am grateful you have shared your experience. Not traumatized, enlighted.

@NIH @RobertKennedyJr - Along w/ chronic illness, put degenerative neurological diseases on hyper-drive. Too much funding for treatable illnesses in lieu of life-changing & life-ending neurological disorders playing catch up. Re-prioritize historically underfunded diseases. #ALS

You haven’t traumatized us. Please don’t apologize. What you’re doing is giving us a much needed perspective. Because we watch it day by day, not at all once. The impact isn’t trauma, it’s growth, and an overwhelming appreciation of YOU.

Brooke - You continue to raise awareness about ALS and that is incredibly important. Those of us following your journey are hopeful that this growing awareness will soon lead to more effective treatment strategies. I am in awe of your attitude, strength and courage.

I had some weird results at my EGM 4 years ago and m following you from Istanbul. You are the only account which I turn on the notifications. You were drinking the bad taste madecine by cheering and all stand just 2 years ago. You reach not just USA, we feel you from Turkey. ❤️

I know how hard it is to witness change as I watched my Daddy but can’t imagine watching myself . Girl you are one of the strongest people I’ve ever seen deal with this. You’ve got amazing spirit. If you can’t put on a happy face every day, don’t worry about it. You are loved.
