This brother need serious education... he's talking about 1000 or less South Africans in The Highlands of Lesotho. Does he know that there are more than 2 millions Basotho in South Africa? Minister Mantashe makes a serious allegation that the Prime Minister of Lesotho is meeting illegal miners from Lesotho. These are the illegal miners that commit economic sabotage, terrorise and kill citizens of South Africa.
