This brother need serious education... he's talking about 1000 or less South Africans in The Highlands of Lesotho. Does he know that there are more than 2 millions Basotho in South Africa? Minister Mantashe makes a serious allegation that the Prime Minister of Lesotho is meeting illegal miners from Lesotho. These are the illegal miners that commit economic sabotage, terrorise and kill citizens of South Africa. This must not be taken lightly and Lesotho must be held accountable for all crimes committed by illegal miners should this be confirmed.
