When I started at Facebook, a chevron icon (v) was used to trigger the more menu on every post. I felt strongly that this should be a three-dot (...) icon instead. To generate support for the change, I would broadcast elaborate live videos with increasingly ridiculous premises.

Hard to remember now, but I think this video came out after the three-dot had started testing but was periodically being reverted (I think that's what a keep alluding to).
