What do you do when you are at the gym trying to get it in and someone comes up to you claiming you’ve been on the machine long enough? Do you get off? These gym Karen’s are getting bolder and bolder everyday. I’ve been there before trying to do a superset and I leave a place holder like a towel on the seat while I get a drink of water and I come back and somebody is already using the machine, like they have no common sense or any idea of gym etiquette. Would you ask them to get off the machine if you were using it before them? Or is it like finders keepers, I would like to know what I should do.

🐶 There's something I want to ask all of you. As Wheeinie, as Jung Wheein. There might be times where I want to go on a break right. For example a break after album promotions, or when I need a breather. And I'd like to go somewhere like Jeju or somewhere overseas to live for a month or two before, what do all of you think? It's ok? I can do it? : Unnie you've been wanting to do this for a long time, please just go 🐶 But people for a schooling or working, you should know this. Living somewhere else for a month, it's a difficult decision to make. Because you have to move things backwards if you were to do it. But I really want to try to do it at least once. I felt many things whenever I go on vacations. Rather than saying I'm seeing more things than my daily lives, it makes me think of my 2nd life. I'm the type that has alot of thoughts. I want to leave and go see things out there too., so in the future.. I think I need that too (living somewhere else for a month or 2). If all of you are ok to wait for me, I would love to go on a trip like that too. #MAMAMOO #WHEEIN #마마무 #휘인

Like I always ask myself like, could you just please be on your own for a second? Why do you always need somebody to talk to or to go for a trip? GEMINI ART VENTURE FINALE #GeminiConcertD3 ♊️: its impossible for someone to be able to do absolutely everything and be good at all of it. but back then, i didnt know that. the only message i kept receiving was that i had to be the best, and that i had to be able to do everything. so i did it, that’s why i got to try doing many different things, like everyone has seen in this concert. i got to try learning how to sing, got to try playing sports with my friends, got to try joining a band, got to try entering gmmtv contest, i got to have this many fans. if there hadnt been those expectations placed on me back then, maybe there wouldnt be the version of me you see today either ♊️: but everyone, you dont have to apologize at all for expecting things from me. i want everyone to have very high expectations of me bc if we are going to have a concert, or if we are going to have a piece of work, then its right that there should be people who expect something from it. and i’m trying to do my best to meet those expectations (🥺❤️‍🩹) ♊️: i also want to be able to do what everyone hopes for, bc personally i see myself as a lazy person. i’m the kind of person who.. like i said, i didnt know what i should become when i grew up, i didnt have a passion. so when people expect things from me, when they want me to do something like this, i may want to do it in the way they expect of me. that is my driving force. so thank you very much for expecting things from me, there is no need to apologize at all (🫂)

moonbyul about inviting taeyeon to her show 🥹 ⭐️ i wondered if i’m giving you such a burdensome feeling, so i thought for 5000, 50000 times and decided to contact you. right at that moment, you just sent me a text saying “thank you for inviting me, when can i come?”.. and sweat came out all over my body when i saw it 💜 😮😂 no but did you commit any crime against me or something? 😂 ⭐️ no it’s not that but still… 😭 i think it’s because i don’t want to give the person i like such an uncomfortable feeling. at the end of the day, it’s still work, you still have to get up in the morning and prepare this and that. making you do all of that is kinda…. 💜 as you know i’m a power homebody, and it’s actually not easy for a homebody to go out ⭐️ right right i understand it so well 💜 so doing stuff with people i’m not familiar with can make me feel a bit uncomfortable, but byul contacted me, so i come here with a happy feeling. and i like how you make me go out ⭐️ but unnie what if, just like you just said, you like being taken out, what if i keep taking you out… 💜 now do it moderately… just moderately 😅😆

I felt like… at that time, I understood acting to some extent, but… I didn’t really feel if I actually liked it. So I was like… oh I really couldn’t decide. If you ask if it was burnout, maybe not that much, but it was more like… I just didn’t know. I didn’t know what to do next. 🎤: Ahh 🌛: Like for the next project, what should I do, or… what should I choose. 🎤: Mhm it’s like feeling kinda lost and confused? 🌛: Yeah, yeah I was confused. I didn’t know what I should do next with my life… 🎤: Which a lot of people go through too, like after graduating, sometimes you’re just unsure about things, right? 🌛: But… well you just have to get through it. Everyone has to go through it by themselves. Because everything we learn, it… teaches us, it makes us a better person, like today. 🎤: And back then for Mark, did you find a new goal? mingyu sharing his cardio routine 🐶 cardio? i hate it. as you all know, i extremely hate cardio and i think i'm bad at dieting 🐶 what i do for cardio is that i have to exercise in the morning when i'm dieting. i wake up in the morning and walk slowly for a long time on an empty stomach. not really like running when you're on a treadmill but kind of a jog then i do it for a long time - in a way that i can wake my body up and remove my puffiness, then i eat something healthy then work out. rather than exercising in a fast pace for 20 minutes, i like doing it slowly and for a long time but that's the hardest. you know what i mean right? 🐶 other forms of cardio that i do is the stairmaster or i just go for a run outside, but when i go for a run i just get way too excited... anyway doing it on an empty stomach in the morning is the best for me 🐶 also if you go on youtube– i'll upload it on my ig story soon, but there are tabata exercises there for abs or whole body. i wake up in the morning and do that alone! 20 minutes and you'll be sweating profusely!
