Look 👀 If you told me that, I literally would believe you are lying to me or you are faking it But my mom’s phone was there to film it I was just out of the operation room after I did a Gastroscope & Colonoscopy operations. I was almost complete Anesthesia, and the time they was waiting for me to wake up from the anesthesia, I was doing this every 5 seconds 😅 I wasn’t aware about what I’m doing till the last moment when I woke up. Pastor Mark Burns: Being here in Ukraine, with the people, I can say that propaganda from Russia is very real — and how it’s used in Christian conservative circles to essentially dislike Ukrainians. And so when I saw with my own eyes that Ukrainians do love God, are not racists, are not godless society as they were being portrayed, are not corrupt people — they’re normal people just like you and me. And the fact that Ukraine is bigger than just blue and yellow map that you see on CNN — they’re real people. Real mothers, real daughters, real children. And when I saw that and atrocities that Russians were doing — not the war, but war crimes they had been committing against Ukrainians — my heart immediately shifted and changed from being just a Republican to being a human being. And I had to choose then to speak for what is right, and not necessarily what is popular. That’s what changed my heart.

I’ve never seen this. We need a new phrase for when a sell out appears to have stopped selling out. Buying in? I think Joe Rogan is buying in. Him and Tim Dillon are genuinely laughing about something genuinely funny. That’s legit amazing to see. He’s also dropping truth on the shooting etc. That’s awesome. Minus a couple drunken nights when I was streaming and a bit butt hurt that Rogan didn’t have my back when I was the first comedian to ever deplatformed anywhere, 99% of my bits about Rogan were just funny. I wasn’t actually taking myself seriously. I literally was playing super sneaky music and doing “dramatic voice.” And it was like a nightmare watching everyone lose their sense of humor and pretend I was legitimately angry all the time. When I wasn’t at all. Well, looks like whatever spell people were under might have ended. Hopefully there’s more of this. Tim has stayed funny. Long Island nihilism can’t be subverted. I was raised with Long Island scumbags. You literally can’t hate them more than they hate themselves so you’re powerless. But it’s good to see the king maker not have that weird vibe anymore. And no I’m not buttering anyone up I don’t travel to anywhere that I don’t physically own the land. I did one show again for the first time in 5 years at a place I didn’t own and of course the gay mayor banned me and it caused an insane situation. So they have nothing I want. I’m just genuinely happy to see a spark back in the eye of someone who had a positive influence in my life until a mild betrayal that I’m not bitter about.

The survival rate with active traders over say a 3-5 year period, it’s pretty low. It’s pretty low. Because to be a successful trader and you know not blow up, to beat the market many years over a long time, not only is there a lot of things you must stop doing wrong, there’s also a lot of things you must start doing correctly. And a lot of people just never piece it all together. There’s just so many moving parts, and you always have to adapt. I think learning setups is easy. You spend a few hundred hours on a specific setup, you will be pretty good at that setup. Entries, exits very easy. Like, it’s very simple; it’s not rocket science. Position sizing, risk management. These are easy things. The hard things are like knowing when to trade that specific setup aggressively, and when to take a step back. That’s really hard. And that’s really one of the few things I still struggle with. Even after 10 years, 11 years of trading. And also adapting - like you know this constant adapting to the markets. That’s usually what gets people in the long run. They just can’t keep up; they get sloppy and, yeah.”

To those who think Mosiria is wrong for doing the right thing for enforcing law and order in our city- I ask you this: Would you support a poor man for killing a rich man just because he wants to survive? Just because he feels entitled to take what doesn't belong to him? Of course not..... Yet that's the dangerous logic we’ve embraced in a system so rotten that we’ve normalized breaking the law. We see disorder and impunity every day, and somehow, we convince ourselves it’s acceptable. We've lived in this brokenness for so long that wrong now feels like right. But wait until the day your neighbor discharges raw sewage into your house right into your bedroom. That’s when you’ll finally understand why I stand firm. That’s when you’ll appreciate what we are fighting for. Because by then, it will be too personal, too painful, too real. I am not that government officer who can be bought. I will not compromise my principles to protect impunity. I’d rather be hated for doing the right thing than be loved for turning a blind eye. So if standing up for order and justice makes you hate me, hate me now. But one day-mark my words-you will celebrate me. Not because I was perfect, but because I chose courage when silence was easier.

Someone asked me today: “I’m doing everything right but I’m not losing weight. Help.” I get this message constantly. And I remember feeling exactly this way. Here’s what nobody tells you: when your metabolism has been broken for years, genuinely broken, not just “a little sluggish,” your body has a repair list. And weight loss is not at the top of it. Before the fat comes off, your body is busy. Cortisol has to regulate. Leptin and ghrelin, your hunger hormones, have to recalibrate. Chronic inflammation has to come down. Your mitochondria have to relearn how to burn fat for fuel instead of running on a constant drip of glucose. Insulin resistance has to reverse. That’s not nothing. That’s a massive internal overhaul happening while you stare at a scale that isn’t moving. For me it was around month four when the weight really started coming off. But the anxiety had already disappeared. My blood sugar had already stabilized. My sleep had already improved. My body was healing. I just couldn’t see it yet. The scale is the last thing to catch up. Not the first. So if you’re doing everything right and the number isn’t moving, don’t quit. You are not broken. Your body is just doing the hard work first.
