Truphena Muthoni: My arms didn’t get tired while I was hugging. I was feeling some cold when it started raining, but I was able to manage it because I had already practiced for that as well. There was a time I was rained on during practice. On the first day, it dried up on its own. On the second day, it was really heavy, so I had some heaters around me. You can’t do that with people around you. I invite people to talk to me all the time because that makes my mind be active, or I’ll shut down #CitizenSundayLive

seungkwan shared jeonghan messaged him during his break when he saw dandelion seeds floating, then listened to his song dandelion 🥺 my yoonboo… 😇 “seungkwan-ah, during my short break, there were dandelion seeds here so i listened to ‘dandelion’ while looking at them, the song is so good” 🍊 the fact that [us] members still have conversation like that is a bit embarrassing sometimes, but jeonghan hyung has always says a lot of nice things to me. so when i sang dandelion this time, i thought i should sing it even better

#THESTANDARDPOPxGirlRulesSeries #mimrattanawadee #มิ้มรัตนวดี ❓ : do you ever feel that you want to leave this industry? 🤍 : I was thinking about that because I’ve been working since I was young. Back then, I went to castings around 10–20 times, but I only got 1–2 jobs, sometimes I didn’t get any jobs. Sometimes I had to wait since the morning, but my casting was at night. I’m going to casting after school It was a time when I felt really discouraged because no matter how many castings I went to, I didn’t get any jobs. So I started to reflect on myself or my acting skill isn’t good enough? Or something I can improve myself. When I tried I made it through many rounds, but I still didn’t get the job in the end it make me feel like being actor isn’t my way. But one thing has always stayed with me I never give up. No matter how many times I have to get back up. So I feel everything depends on time and opportunity. I just do the best I can someday when opportunity comes it will be my day

When Abhijeet cried today, I cried with him. Not because he’s my friend, but because it breaks my heart to see how India treats its heroes 😢 We must stand with Sonam and Abhijeet!

probably the most complex rap battle verse i’ve written so far when it comes to flow. i had to get my homie rosenthalfishes to do the ben vocals because when i tried to do it a second time even i couldn’t properly pull it off.

🐻 when i was little and imagined my 10th anniversary. it felt like such a distant time in the future where i would have already done everything i wanted to do. but there are still so many things i want to do and so many things i need to do. so my 10th anniversary still doesn’t feel completely real to me yet. but i like who i am right now more, so i want to stay true to my feelings. haechanah 🥹

Q: What scene comes to your mind when you think of your debut? #NINGNING: On the very first day of my debut, I went on a mushow and the zipper of my heels broke. So I was a little flustered because I didn’t know what to do but since it was my debut, I had to act confident. So I pretended nothing was wrong. her knee was bleeding and both zippers on her boots were broken, but she still performed with so much confidence so yeah she really handled it so well 🫳🏻

Bart Scott: "Everybody thinks I retired because of my toe. I had reconstructive surgery on my toe when I left. But really it was because I started seeing spots and lights... I didn't know what to do. I was like, you know what? It's time to fold it up."

My Detransition, 5 years later. My first time speaking in public! I cried a lot when I was writing this speech, and it was impossible for me to contain my emotions on stage. I’m so grateful that I was welcomed to speak at this event and share my story.

Jimin my dear YOU ALL DID AMAZING 😭 🐥: ‘ah, but honestly, I also have a lot of regrets about today. It rained so much, and originally… This time, I really wanted to try this new production, even if it meant removing some of the dance parts to make it happen. I put a lot of effort into it. But the smoke from the fireworks didn’t come out well, and there were parts that didn’t work as planned. Because of the weather, there was no wind, so normally it would have dispersed well when it appeared… that was a bit disappointing. 🐥: At the same time, while I really wanted everyone to enjoy it, I also felt a lot of worry before going on stage today. As I said on stage, it was a bit burdensome and difficult. I wanted to see it go well even more than anything…I felt like I had to perform well and repay everyone’s waiting with a good performance. So I don’t think I went on stage with a completely light and carefree heart. So if the people who came were even a little happy, then I think that’s enough. Then I think I can relax a bit and feel that it went well’

If you hate KAT, I suggest you reconsider... "I feel like other than losing a child there's nothing worse you could go through and it builds you up and it strengthens you beyond measure. That's why I got Philippians 4:13 and the date tattooed on my neck. I could do all things through Christ who strengthens me but I was strengthened on April 13 when I lost my mother. That's been my favorite Bible verse my whole entire life since I was little. I didn't know the significance it would have in my life when I became an adult. But what I do know is that I truly can do anything when I walk in faith, when I walk with the angels beside me. I feel anything's possible, I feel nothing's impossible... I'm just grateful to be in this position because I know a lot of friends in mind that are not here to see this moment. I know a lot of people I love tremendously that aren't here to give me that hug or to give me that text message. I'm doing this for them. I do this for them, I do it for my mother's country, I do it for everybody in Dominican Republic, I do it for everyone in the city that welcomed my mother when she immigrated over. I do it for all my family in New Jersey that allowed me to be raised and allowed me to love this game of basketball and allowed me to be a kid with my mother and enjoy those times. It takes a tribe to get here and it takes a village and I'm so blessed that I've had the village I've had in my life to get to this point"

🫍 It wasn’t really that big of a thing, but it happened during the time when I was going through burnout. Like I said before (about trying to heal by doing things out of comfort zone), since this is something new for me... The thing was, I had a really sore throat, so I couldn’t take singing lessons, but the concert date was getting closer. That one time when Ju asked me when I'll take a practice for song, I had a sore throat at the time. Well, since I’m doing it anyway, I needed to do something, so I decided to learn the language instead. I had to make those 2 hours of lessons worth it to practice my pronounciation. For me, it was pretty hard because I don’t really watch Korean series. The 2 series I remember watching are Full House and The Glory, I guess? So the language wasn’t really familiar to my ears. You know, it’s hard to mimic because I usually learn by mimicking. So when it comes to a language I didn’t really have much exposure to, it takes longer time to practice. The L sound and stuff like that. But when I can finally do it, it's so fun. I love it.
