And yet entire Covid, u were reactive on Lockdown management (no plan in place for migrant workers), vaccine distribution management (first chaos n then solution), oxygen management (first crisis n then solution) - sorry sir bt hw do u manage to say these things shamelessly

Abey namuney disaster management can only happen after a disaster has struck. You should be able to react properly and in proportion to the severity of the disaster and hence be reactionary, not proactive. Kisko bol bachhan feku ko vote de diya re Ram ji maine!!
