You ever sit in traffic, your lane isn’t moving but the one next to you is so you move into that one but that lane stops as soon as you get in it and the one you were just in starts moving so you move back and it stops again? That’s what being throw looped feels like.

Is it a loop or are they just eating too many throws? Genuinely curious. I don't play much SF6 but this doesn't seem unreactable.
