Depends on where they are. If it's a school zone, straight to the chair. If it's a long highway with < 1 vehicle per 50 miles with fewer than 1 town per 100 miles with a pop less than 500 people, they should be on their merry fucking way. Speed limits should have nuance.

Pretty sure number 1 was in Texas in 2003 at like 240mph. I only remember bc it was in a Koenigseggs CCR.

They lose their license and they have to retake it at the DMV. Yes, that DMV where you get to the counter after waiting in line for an hour just so that they close the line so the DMV person can take a 30 minute break. Hell on earth or damn close!
