When people get caught going this fast in public, what do you think should happen to them?

Depends on where they are. If it's a school zone, straight to the chair. If it's a long highway with < 1 vehicle per 50 miles with fewer than 1 town per 100 miles with a pop less than 500 people, they should be on their merry fucking way. Speed limits should have nuance.
