Today, I visited Senator Ibikunle Amosun, former Governor/ Senator from Ogun State who is a major stakeholder in FMC Abeokuta. I thanked him for his donation of the 170 hectares of land the permanent site of our center and the Fed University of Medicine Abeokuta will be, in addittion to the N100m he donated to the center in the past. We also used the opportunity to discuss the completion of the 180 bed hospital he has donated to our center. Under this board, we will ensure that our FMC becomes more sustainable, put cure over cost and become globally competitive through collaboration and strategic leadership. It is my belief that whatsoever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.
