Is there any real "due diligence" done by the 🅰️people? All of their points seem empty, vague, and very handwavy, at least that's the feeling I get. It seems to be confirmed when it comes down to the facts, they try to apply that same vague speculatory mindset they use regarding Starlink, arriving at a conclusion that always seems to be wrong. How many guesses have been propagated as truth? How many small differences have been exaggerated so large that they become the very core of their position? Probably a lot, because the trend I see is to take a kernel of truth and cover it with heavy layers of lies and speculation. I like what ASTS is doing, but the community makes it pretty hard to know what's actually significant, and the truth is, it's pretty hard to tell until both constellations are built and delivering data to customers. The issue is that most of them likely have a huge amount of money riding on the company, so they'll take anything and go with it solely for the comfort factor.

Gather - work in progress what if your notes app felt more like a physical notebook? you can have pages with your notes, your tasks, your thoughts, your inspiration and organize them in a way that is meaningful to you. each page is a little canvas. it might look a little bit like a gimmick, but once you try it, you might feel differently. when designing Gather, Ajay Sabs and i draw our inspiration more than anything from physical things. we’ve always wanted to try and re-create some of the feelings and romanticism we associate with physical notebooks, books and magazines. we’ve always felt there was something special about how pages have an order and how you’re mind creates visual and spatial connections depending on how things are organized - particularly things that you’ve written, revisit often or have a significance to you. the notebook view is an idea we’ve played with for a very long time. and its a lot more than just swiping between pages. this is just a little peek. we are also working on other views that are optimized for different use-cases and different modes of thinking. we’re excited to share some of those soon.

When they are hungry, they quietly wait for someone kind enough to notice them. They suffer every day, yet they continue to trust humans. Please, always be kind. Always be compassionate. ❤️ Whenever you get a chance, give them something to eat. Keep a bowl of clean water. Offer them a dry, safe place to rest. Stop for a moment and show them some love. You may think it is a small gesture, but for them, it could mean survival, comfort, and hope. They don't ask for much just a little food, a little shelter, and a little kindness. Please don't look away from their suffering. If you can help, help. If you can feed, feed. If you can protect, protect.
