When the Federal Court first ruled that the use of the emergencies act violated the Charter, the act of freezing non criminal Canadians bank accounts & credit cards was considered one of those violations. Here’s Freeland’s response to it. She stood by her decision then and when the court ruled it was a violation of the charter. Is this not an admission of guilt? Her reasoning was that Canadians were under threat, no they weren’t, our Government’s continued overreach was under threat.

This isn't just a miscarriage of justice but also Jim Crow justice. The all white jury punished a 17 year old Black boy for killing a White bully in self-defence. No I don't think Metcalf should've been killed but it is clear Karmelo Anthony reacted to the imminent threat Metcalfe posed from his physical confrontation and did not plan a premeditated killing. It was self-defence or at the least a lesser charge. Not murder. Why 35 years when white people under the same circumstances or worse get far less sentencing? Rittenhouse claimed self-defence for murder and is free. Rick Chow free for murdering 14 year old Cyrus Carmack-Belton by claiming self-defence. It is ALWAYS a different standard for Black kids.

The police forgot to cancel an alert, so it was executed twice. I’m genuinely curious to see if she can back it up with facts or data — though, based on her rants, I’m not holding my breath. One thing that concerns me is that she’s wearing scrubs in many of her videos. I sincerely hope this doesn’t mean she works in healthcare, where objectivity and professionalism should matter.

Also important to know that for decades prior, indigenous kids were enrolled by parents who wanted education for them. Parents like the grandparents of Ellis Ross. The MP, was raised by parents who went to residential school and raised him to be independent, not DEPENDENT on the gov. When he served as Chief Councillor of the Haisla Nation, Ross helped his community become more independent and escape poverty through economic development. Making them less bound by the Indian Act. Aka more free. And that my friends, is a far more caring and effective approach to helping indigenous Canadians than BC’s socialist NDP’s never ending reconciliation & oppression agenda.
