A dad’s greatest skill is knowing when to lose. I honestly love that he saw the prank through the door and didn't even hesitate to ruin his afternoon just to give them a win. Most of us would’ve yelled about the cleaning up, but he understood that those few seconds of chaos were worth way more than a tidy hallway. It’s a masterclass in "letting them win" because when you let your kids 'get' you, you’re actually teaching them that they’re clever enough to take on the world and build everlasting memories.

so I touched on this exact thing in my Money Wounds Masterclass. there are different kinds of money wounds we can have + this one is the scarcity wound. the scarcity wound says: there’s never enough + when I do receive enough it’ll disappear eventually. the first few days of not spending is to feel in control but that’s an illusion + eventually your wound’s true behavior kicks in. your body is used to lack so feels safe when holding so much money so will spend it excessively with a subconscious intent to return back to your normal baseline of lack.

Here's what it looks like. Don't force maximum amplitude on the first cycle. This is why I start with moderate amplitude and build progressively to warm up the body to full range. Finally, forced exhale to - nearly - empty then max inhale to the fullest. That's what I call "maxiventilation." ONCE the warmup is done, make sure to take 2-3 regular breath cycles between each maximum breath cycle, to reset your nervous system to a calm state. You can find the full context, variations of this exercise, and integration into practice inside the Masterclass. That, and much more.

Things escalated quickly and serves as a reminder why to always take shelter during bad weather and especially when warnings are issued! The individual who filmed, we were told by her daughter; "She ended up with a sprained ankle from the wall falling on her but was ok and blessed to be alive"! She furthered said; "Mississippi weather is always bad so people in my town of Morton could not imagine a tornado coming through. There has not been one in that town in over 100 years or more. Also, the tornado was not supposed to be in that area. It was predicted to go in another direction. So if you do have bad weather please take cover!" The East and West Side of the city we love needs help.., if there isn’t a lynchpin to bring things together we will forever stay divided.., late May, @ Elyria Catholic High School in Elyria Ohio, we’ll have a unique opportunity to showcase statewide talent and have some fun for all the kids in Ohio 13-18 yrs old.., one day, all day camp.., everything football.., great food.., incentives, prizes.., and merchandise for the first 150 kids who sign up.., #Go Ohio..

jihoon’s ment in manila ❤️ he spoke in korean to properly convey what he wants to say and ended up speaking for 2 whole minutes 🥹 🐶 when I think of Manila, there’s one memory that comes to mind. after going through COVID-19, when we first started doing overseas concerts, we came to Manila. when we came to Manila, I remember that was when I made my very first memory of the city. at the time, we had just debuted not too long ago. although now we travel abroad often, back then we didn’t have many opportunities, so we were honestly a bit worried. but the TREASURE MAKER fans in Manila welcomed us with such passionate cheers and love, even though it was our first time meeting. bc of that, we were able to create really great memories in Manila. you remember, right, members? that was actually the first time we heard such loud cheers from fans through our in-ears. we also have a lot of good memories of how great it felt performing, both backstage and on stage. so im really happy that we’re able to come back again during this Asia tour. like we mentioned earlier, when our new album comes out, we’ll be showing a different side of ourselves with new music. we hope to come back to Manila with an even cooler image and receive your amazing support again. everyone in Manila, please stay healthy. we’ll come back again.
