When Southwest announced an Honor Flight with 53 American veterans was pulling up to Gate 17, the whole damn terminal showed up to give them the hero's welcome they earned decades ago. You’ve got Vietnam warriors rolling in wheelchairs, walking with pride, eyes lighting up as regular Americans: moms, dads, kids, travelers stand up and clap like their lives depend on it. Salutes. I am actually disgusted by this. I’ve had so many teachers that changed my life and put me in the right path, without them I don’t want to think about where I would be. These teachers are sharing how much money they have in their accounts on the par day. In a society where our teachers are guiding the minds of the future, the people who will be helping us when we are later in life. I don’t think they are appreciated enough nor is the compensation package up to par. It perplexes me how they they have to spend a crazy amount of money for their education, only to struggle to get by with a smile while still being generous enough to pay for the items our children need without being reimbursed for much of it. I think it’s time we create a change, I don’t think it’s fair we expect so much of them and they give so much to us only to relieve so little. I know people are going to argue with me and say well they chose to do it so if they aren’t happy with the pay, they can get another job. While that’s true, we would be in bad shape however if they ever chose to do that. Who would be teaching our kids and preparing them for the future. I think we focus too much on things that aren’t and shouldn’t be our priority while neglecting and overlooking a major issue right below our noses. Their jobs are important and our kids would fail without them so why are we treating them like they aren’t important? It’s because it’s easy for us to think of them as our babysitters for half the day. We treat them like Nannie’s who only watch our kids while we go to work and do things we enjoy. Maybe it’s time we revisit our roles in helping them achieve our goals.

Listen to the journalist saying we cannot find him to scrutinise him, but you had Reform on BBC and Sky News nearly every day up until the May election and you never scrutinised them once. This is the same party that was holding a conference nearly every month, so do not tell us you suddenly cannot find them. If you had scrutinised the leader properly about his lame excuses for not holding surgeries on Fridays, maybe you would know where to find him, because most MPs can be found at their surgeries on Fridays. Journalists are taking us for jokes because last I checked Beth Rigby was at every stunt they held and there was no real scrutiny, now very convenient you cannot find them to ask questions. It feels like part of the ploy to let it die down so you can go back to being the Reform channel again. Has anyone noticed how Reform, Zia, Tice and whoever else they could get were on TV every single day and on every Question Time, but now no conference, no real appearances, not a whiff of them, just some lame Jenrick trying his best to keep their momentum going. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, I really appreciate this rant from Joe Rogan. It’s exactly what every parent needs to hear BEFORE they decide to medicate their child. “Whatever that f*cking [ADHD] is, it’s a superpower. It’s a superpower if you use it right. Just the idea that you have to medicate a kid because you can’t sit in school. Find out if that kid’s good at other stuff. Find out if there’s a thing that.
