When they literally pulled off Hot Wheels in real life

Before anyone asks. it's real. and they actually managed to pull off a world record for a trophy truck jump

🙄AI slop. Cars are side by side, then one after. Gravity is wrong. Too slow to make it.

Every kid’s dream realized

real life really said let us try Hot Wheels physics and somehow it actually worked

These rally cars just did what every kid with a Hot Wheels set wished they could pull off. That double loop in real life is the kind of stunt that makes you appreciate good engineering on a whole new level.

The red bull of toys

I think what surprised me most was how they look like they're going slow...because they needed to in order to make this work. The track, the railing, the wheels were all key pieces, but they needed to be 48-52 mph to make the smooth loop. Meanwhile the toys are like ZZZZZZZZOOOM!

Smells like AI

2012 sure was a year!

DLC for Forza Horizon 6 just leaked

I can't help but think that black strip in the loop is critical. Magnet maybe?

😀

I’m still waiting for my GPS to suggest the giant orange loop-de-loop as a shortcut.

Lol a.i can't even compute the minimal mouvment speed of the 1.2 tons cars to be able to complete a full loop...and that's not accounting the whiplash of the car motion generate on the loop. It's mouving way to slow for a near 1 ton car.

A great demonstration of upforce and sky effects.

Physics said no, they did it anyway

brasil have these at beto carrero

How fast must you go to be able to do a loop

one mistake and that's a disaster waiting

Climate emergency huh? Burning fuel on giant toy car stunts while people can't afford gas. Clown world priorities

that's wild!! 🤯 Hot Wheels IRL is a whole new level of fun. Can't believe they actually did it! Who's ready for a race? 🏎️

If only that loop was a water slide. 😁

@TyoToys 🤭

Of course it’s just rally drivers. You have to be out of your mind (I’m out of my mind)

I love this! Thank you

Surprisingly, Red Bull was nowhere to be seen at this event

seeing a hot wheels track materialize feels like rediscovering a favorite childhood memory!

Fake BS.

Yeaaaaah...I did that every day for months when I was seven. Even jumped the credenza in the living room before serpentining under the sofa. Let's see them do that! 🤣🙃 But, yeah -- that's amazing!!

This remains the best sport for me

@AeonOfDreams "BEAT THAT!"

Is it enough to just step on the gas? Can I try it with my car?

Cool.
