In a Miniperc 1 month ago, I saw the same tubule in a 2nd punction in an accesory traject. The contrast draw that in the screen and the sphincter relax inmediatly (mine). The same result. Nothing happens after retire it 😅. Everything finished ok 👍.

What was the colour of returning fluid after puncture ? Did you use single step dilation ?

I would be worried about pulmonary embolism! Did you put the patient on anticoagulants after the procedure?

Actually this is a tributary of the main vein , the other is larger than this 👍
