Once you become comfortable with morcellation of tumor, you can carry out #ENBLOC laser resection #ERBC also in case of big lesion like this (6cm). Almost bloodless surgery, wide exposure of detrusor muscle without perforation, superb coagulation. #THULIO #pulsedThuliumyag laser by Dornier MedTech definitely eases this surgery providing efficient & precise cutting combined with a superior coagulation without excessive carbonization! When u think 2 have already seen everything in #endourology & During #miniperc U c a strange tubular structure similar 2 a tight ureter:it is not! It is a vein incannulated with MIP-M Scope. Look injected dye highlighting renal vein!😳 anyway procedure went well,no bleeding #ETCE

Please dear engineers of all companies could u speed up the process of eliminating all these annoying interferences when using high frequency lasers (especially #TFL) of course we can adjust setting 2 limit this but we as surgeons r eager 2 completely eliminate them ASAP! 🤬#ETCE
