This DEMOLISHES the ridiculous theory being propagated by Rail Min Ashwini Vaishnaw since weeks that “train derailments are being done by ISIS terrorists”. An anti-collision system like KAVACH would’ve prevented this mishap. But guess what - KAVACH is operational on LESS THAN 2% of Indian Rail network despite the technology being introduced in 2016. It’s taken the Modi Govt 8 years to cover just 2% of the network. Jen McCabe must think everyone is dumb. in an April 2022 grand jury she was asked 12 times about her statements regarding what KR said. Not once did she mention “I hit him 3x” Her reasoning - “I wasn’t asked that question.” She also claims she didn’t tell the grand jury about the jeep being out front because - You guessed it “she wasn’t asked.” However when it comes to answering questions regarding things that hurt her or the McAlberts, she has NO PROBLEM answering questions that she was not asked.
